I saw these online (there are 10 different ones) & instantly wanted to purchase all of them. At $22 each, I decided I’d go with just two.
After using these, I’m glad I only bought two. The packaging is BEAUTIFUL and definitely draws you in. However, these are not as pigmented as they appear, by a long shot. I applied them over a stark white base & they still looked a bit dull and under-impressive. To me they are no better than any drug store eyeshadow. I’ve actually noticed a pattern when buying Stila products that they ALL seem to be more comparable with drugstore brands (referencing my post regarding this dupe.)
Conclusion: Cute but overpriced, drugstore quality for high-end price.
So grateful to be able to afford this procedure (thanks to Groupon) & finally rid myself of a lifelong hassle. Everyone tells me it’s not worth it, but I’m not doing it because “I’m too lazy to shave.” I’ve always gotten really severe ingrown hair (my hair growth pattern is really irregular) & I break out and am left with a lot of hyper-pigmentation. I’ve been waxing for years now but I still get ingrown hair with it.
Slightly anxious about it, but I’ve already had my consultation & they’ve done a test area on my skin. Obviously, my big thigh tattoo poses a problem & they pretty much can’t laser almost my entire right thigh ]: (Which is also why I wanted to start this now before being further tattooed.)
Anybody have any experiences with laser hair removal they’d like to share?
Also, feel free to ask me anything you’d like to know, I’ll be able to answer them soon enough. [:
